Earth Hour – a strong signal for sustainability

The Leonardo Hotels Group will be taking part in the global Earth Hour movement on 22 March by switching the lights out in all its hotels across Europe for one hour. For Leonardo Hotels, however, this action is more than a mere symbolic gesture. It underlines the company’s comprehensive commitment to climate protection and to a sustainable future. An extensive Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Strategy encompassing more than 100 long-term measures was adopted as long ago as 2022. This means that sustainability is enshrined within Leonardo Hotels’ corporate culture, and the company has launched numerous initiatives to drive the issue forward proactively.

Badischer Hof Baden-Baden to become part of Leonardo Limited

Leonardo Hotels will take over the traditional Hotel Badischer Hof in Baden-Baden under the terms of a lease agreement which will enter into force on 1 May 2025. The hotel is currently undergoing an extensive programme of renovations prior to joining the exclusive Leonardo Limited Edition brand, a carefully curated collection of individually styled hotels, each of which boasts a separate character and a stand-alone design.

Leonardo Hotels Expands Its Presence in Italy with the Leonardo Boutique Rome Monti

Leonardo Hotels acquires the Crowne Plaza® Berlin – Potsdamer Platz

Berlin/Frankfurt am Main, 2. January 2025. Leonardo Hotels is beginning the New Year with an acquisition. The group has taken over the Crowne Plaza® Berlin – Potsdamer Platz with effect from 1 January 2025. The hotel will initially bear the name Hotel Berlin Potsdamer Platz by Leonardo Hotels during a fully operational transitional period which will be used to carry out renovation and redesign works. From spring 2025, it will be known as The Posthouse Berlin and will form part of the Leonardo Limited Edition brand.

Berlin, 19. November 2024. Leonardo Hotels has been rewarded for its impressive presence and activity on kununu, the leading employer ratings platform in the German-speaking world. More reviews, an improved score and a higher recommendation rate have led to recognition in the form of a Hospitality HR Public Award. The prize ceremony took place during the Hospitality HR Summit staged by the German Hotel Academy (DHA). The Hospitality HR Public Awards are conferred annually and are organised by the DHA in conjunction with the German Hotel Association (IHA) and kununu itself. The hotel group was praised for proactive communications and for its close networking with employees and applicants.
